The vignette? It is called Vignette (it adds slight borders on every corner of the clip). Added through Magic Bullet plugin.

I like this video. I got a question here. Which program do you use to make those videos? I like those shiny effects (red, orange)... How do you do that? Any special name of it? Any tutorials exist on the net?

The video was edited with Sony Vegas 8.0Pro and the titles (NSbikes, Alanprim and Goran Jurica) were edited with Adobe After Effects CS4.

The effect you're talking about is the "film burn". You can find a pretty simple tutorial for Vegas here: youtube.com/watch?v=irJ2EIOgTTA&feature=video_response
