This quick application video shows you the two basic techniques used when applying SPORTTAPE FLEX. Take the time to master these and we guarantee your applications will not only be more effective but last longer.

- This technique is often used over a stretched muscle. The key is to anchor the base with 0% stretch and then using the remaining tab to pull the tape to the desired stretch without touching the glue.

So called the Centre Technique because the central part of the backing paper is removed first. This technique is great for applying support and concentrated lift over a point of pain.

SPORTTAPE FLEX has been designed for sport. This means it has an extra sticky adhesion which means good news for duration but bad news when it comes to removal. However don't be afraid! We'd always recommend removal after a long soak or shower then simply remove the tape slowly whilst applying downward pressure with your other finger.
