Leeds PFT aim to deliver exemplary mental health and learning disability services and are recognised for their work in the area of patient safety. This film highlights three projects which have made a difference to patient safety: Using video conferencing to improve medicines management, increasing safety on inpatient wards with a swipe card access system for service users and developing service user physiotherapy programmes to minimise slips, trips and falls with older people.
