Making espresso with the mypressi and beans from one of the best roasters in the USA. All shots use 18.0g in a double basket...The mypressi is a finicky little machine, but with a few careful steps, it'll make espresso on par with the best thousand dollar machines.
I love making normal espresso, tight and slightly over-extracted ristretto (my favorite), and a great morning cup to go with breakfast: the long black.
Still trying to perfect the technique needed to get the most out of this machine, but the shots as they are now taste awesome! Enjoy!
