The Thame with the Bicester Summer Sheep Fair is usually held on the first Friday in August each year, at the Showground just outside the market town of Thame, Oxfordshire.
In what is probably the biggest one-day breeding sheep sale in the UK, around 25000 sheep will be sent through the two auction rings.
I stopped off at the Fair on the way home from my day job -- with the intention of concentrating on still photography -- but instead decided to spend a couple of hours grabbing some video on the 5D.
Unfortunately, the footage then spent the next six months lurking in the depths of my hard drives, waiting for me to get around to putting it all together into some sort of end product, and to hopefully give the viewer an idea of the sights and sounds from that day...
