Dr Steve Fabes leaves St Thomas' Hospital London to cycle six continents for 5 years to investigate 14 of the world's most neglected diseases. He will be riding alone on his push-bike through some of the most dangerous and impoverished areas of the world in order to highlight what can be done to help the people suffering from these chronic illnesses. The aim of this short pilot is to stimulate interest in the making of a full-length documentary following his journey from continent to continent in order to help raise awareness about his mission.
