Neil Hunt, Chief Product Officer, Netflix - interviewed at CES 2014 by Claus Bülow Christensen.
From futuretv.dk

In this interview Neil Hunt gives us an insight into how Netflix are constantly working on keeping the overall quality of the Netflix experience the highest on the market, aiming especially at being the streaming service able to deliver the best picture quality available with streaming technology.

Neil Hunt discusses how Netflix is approaching the future of 4K UltraHD flat screens, stressing that it is not just a question of resolution, but also a technology offering higher dynamic range (HDR) of color space.

Neil Hunt even gives us an insight into how HFR (High Frame Rate) is something that could happen in the future on the Netflix service.

We also hear about what kind of content will be coming in 4K quality this year from Netflix, and the rather surprising story about why we won’t get the first season of House of Cards in 4K.

Finally, Neil Hunt also talks about what kind of focus Netflix will have in 2014 on the user interface experience, aiming at making the experience on PC’s and tablets more rich, as they did with the flat screen experience in late 2013.

The interview were conducted at the Netflix suite, Wynn Hotel, Las Vegas, during CES 2014 in January.
