A special six course dinner meal in celebrating Birk O'Halloran with his new book, Eat Ink, a photojournalism cookbook about chefs and their tattoos. Dinner included a special menu featuring Anthony Bucco of The Ryland Inn, Scott Anderson of Elements, and Francesco Palmieri of The Orange Squirrel.
