how hard is it? I´d like to take a bike trip and i was wondering if I could do it. Can a normal person do it or is it just for the pros?

How hard is it? Are you talking about this specific route, a triple century in general, or just bike touring? For the first, with 8400' of climbing concentrated in the first 100miles, I'd say it's a pro type thing. Any old 300miles, well, how much slow-twitch muscle fiber and dedication to training do you have. As for the latermost, anyone can do it--it is mostly mental after all.
