I took the liberty of looking up the nutritional information for a can of mixed nuts. "Serving size: .25 cups". There's 8 servings in one of those cans. No wonder Jeff felt a little "uneasy" -- he'd just eaten 175% of his daily recommended intake of fat!

I believe the "peanuts" and "tree nuts" are listed on the can for allergy information.
