A spring-like day was an excellent chance to take a bike ride around the neighborhood and shoot some HD footage.

Due to some compression issues I was having, this doesn't look quite as sharp as it could, even in HD mode. Next video I do I should have this solved.

    I'm still trying to figure out how you had the camera rigged to the bike. I'm just envisioning you being "that guy" with a monopod attached to the handlebars.

    Actually, I just held it. At times, it was a little difficult to do, which is why the shots are all at strange angles. In the long run, though, I sort of enjoyed that it made me come up with creative shots.

    It's the new Panasonic HDC-SD9. It's a great little camera, although currently editing is difficult because FCP/FCE/iMovie don't support it natively. Until they add support, I have to recompress all the footage before editing, which takes FOREVER and leads to issues.
