This is the first proper video that I have made with the Canon 5D Mark II. I edited in Premiere Pro after batch converting all of the files into half-res so I could work realtime.
It was a bit of a struggle with the editing, and I've not yet managed to bring all the original files into premiere so that I can export at HD quality. So this video is half resolution. I shot in Black and white, partly because of the surrounds which was a big white room in school, and also because I thought that keeping the colours consistent would have again been more work. I had to shoot it and edit it in about 10 days.
The sound is recorded seperately and is by Joel Danielsson, a student at konstfack. He was playing a really out of tune piano in school, I really like it, but some people say that it's too depressing and melancholic.
Anyway, any comments on the video would be much appreciated, obviously I still have a long way to go with this camera. Most of it was shot using a trek-tech mini tripod and the rest was hand held.
Shot using a 50mm 1.4, 24-70mm 2.8 and 75-300mm.
