    if you like animation you should try AE! it's a little hard to get into it but when you figure it out it's awesome!

    I Also tried Maya and combustion and they are great! In After Effects (i prefer working in AE) you have to download the trapcode "particular" plug-in to do this.

    whoa, sorry. I have a funny way with slang. I meant "ridiculous" as in like ridiculously awesome or ridiculously talented or etc etc. Kind of like saying that a jazz soloist "just killed it". It's probably difficult to understand that when it's written instead of spoken, but please take it as a compliment :)

    eheh, that's cool bro! Definitely it's a funny way with slang! These particles are awesome to play with, if you like after effects you should try this! Go to videocopilot for a beginning tutorial to link audio to particles and then improvise a little! Didn't make the music... its "slow jam" by frt. Love this indie style of music...

    I'm new to Vimeo and just found your videos. I like your style. I'm the video editor for South Park, in my spare time I like to do projections and live visuals at clubs. I'm really into video distortion, feed back and other organic effects like you're doing. I use Avid to edit, I shoot with a Sony VX2100 with Century lenses. Check out my videos if you have some time. They are compressed, but I'm loving how dynamic Vimeo's streaming is. I'm re-exporting hq versions soon.

    I Love mixing distortion and organic things, sometimes the "trip" is better than using images!

    thats awesome mate. I use the same effect as the first one in my Ghost Documentary here on vimeo. I learned it from Andrew Kramer at video copilot. How did you do the effect at the top? was it just fiddling with the particle effects to make it look different? props to ya mate, good work.
