Centre for Civil Society: youth video workshop

This was a participatory video project with all filming and directing done by the workshop participants. A one-day workshop was carried out by Pamela and Sinini Ngwenya as part of the Centre for Civil Society's 'Crises and the Commons' Colloquim in November 2009. The youth video workshop was supposed to address the issue of xenophobia, but the participants chose instead to focus on community development. This short video was the result of participants' first attempt at using a camera and putting a short filmn together.
