We are really lucky to have bullfinches in the garden. These usually shy and secretive birds can always be heard and seen if you walk round the garden.
This year a pair seem to be nesting either in the garden or close by, and are backwards and forwards to the feeders all day.
The male is very showy with his pinky/red breast, the female is far more muted.
