    Hey, Cat. So excellent to hear from you. No tripod at all on this one, actually. Hand-held with a wide-angle lens. But the lens had IS, which I've found is crucial when shooting with these things.

    Hi Josh Chin, this is my favorite food "bao zi 包子"! Especially "Juicy Bao Zi 灌汤包"like this kind. I do it very often for my family and friends.
