    It looks like a preset photoshop filter applied to the entire film. I appreciate the story but I think this less-than-spectacular visual style is cheap and ineffective to what you are attempting to achieve. I'm actually distracted my this 'effect' which doesn't help tell the story at all.

    How come I haven't seen this before, I must get out from under this rock. It's got all my favourite things in it. Kristin Hersh, Howe Gelb, Neko Case, Science Fiction, a Love Story! So whe. Will it be released? Please don't make me wait forever.

    I love the choice of visual effect. It shows that the filmmakers weren't going to settle for requiring a big budget to tell their story. Low budget. Green screen. shot digitally and used post production to the best of their means to create the world and environment these characters needed. They made work what they had access too, inspiring.
