In the morning instruction begins with a mellow tour of the track in the instructor's car. After a few sessions of driving, with the concept of "the line" and such starting to sink in, it's time to see how this line thing works. This is that session, a high speed version of the morning's tour. We're both pretty relaxed and are chatting over our BlueTooth Interphones, I'm pointing ahead to where we want to be in a few seconds, etc., and then we come in early so she has time to get ready for her next driving session.
Oh, and I should add, the lat. and long. G's bars on G-tech Pro on my dash scale to 1 G. Most turns are taken at 0.7 to 1.0 G's.
