Stop Motion animation number two. I used the cut out technique I discovered from [[- charetteprod -]] videos and tried to execute. Their idea, but my guts to try it for myself and see what happens.
I physically made each progression, so except for the paper sheet intro each frame was made from an individual paper shape. I had about 20 rectangles I kept reusing and 28 figures.
Ideally I had 96 figures to work with from the dance shoot but because of time constraints and the labor that went into each figure I only cut 28. I had to match the multiple " dance movements" so I would have a continuous movment that could be reversed and repeated.
This time around I took music in to consideration BEFORE I planned my stop motion. To have the change in movements coordinate with the music, I changed it to 16fps because most music is is 8 beats and shot my stop motion segaments in groups of frames divisible by 8.
