During January 2010 Britain was covered in snow, which stopped me from getting to work, so I took the opportunity to get out with the 5D mkII and get some photos and video. My first use of the video mode was in pitch darkness at 6400 ISO so I really wanted to see what it could do in good light.
A local woodland area and an old railway line (disued for many years with no tracks laid) was my destination. Here is the video which I produced from early afternoon through to sunset. I hope you enjoy.
All taken at 100 ISO, Canon 5D mkII at 1080 HD (720 HD for Vimeo), 24-70mm f2.8L & a 70-200mm f4L. Music track by Sigur Rós – Glósóli.
