BMX riders ride how they want. If he chooses not to ride trails that is his choice. He has fun when he rides that is all that matters.

And where does it say he is a trails rider? The description says Creation Skatepark. No mention of trails.

WHY the fuck has BMX separated like this? When i used to be properly into BMX around 2003-4 everyone just rode whatever and this is why guys like Ruben Alcantara and Joe Rich are not in the limelight so much anymore.

It's because they don't want to be associated with idiots that hate purely for the fact of hating.

Why can't we all just appreciate BMX as a whole? We're all just riding fucking kids bikes at the end of the day anyways so don't take shit serious Jamie for fucks sake! Fair play you don't like this riding but can't you appreciate the effort and energy people put into it?

But a lower frame is better for airing on quarter pipes, and obviously for whips. But who cares? Ed goes big, you're just gutted he's sponsored and a obviously better rider.

BMX may have started on dirt, but when BMX started everyone was closenit, it was a community where you just rode for the sake of riding. Not who rides what.

Jamie. Not all park riders "train to be the best" Everyone I film and ride with and met. Do it because they have fun. I ride with dozens of people who are not sponsored and do not "Train to be the best" Just because they are talented enough to learn all these tricks and get noticed doesn't mean they are faggots. Do you not love the feeling of pulling a new trick? or in your case getting through a fresh set of trails?

Building trails is no different to building a park, I started riding at an old park that was all built by the riders. It was a park we all helped with, then when it was tore down we were pissed. I know how trail riders feel.

If you watch videos about 5/6 years a go you'd see trails riders were the same. Ever heard of Cory Nastazio? he is one of the biggest huckers out there and he is a trails rider.

I'm assuming you look up to riders like Aitken, Chase Hawk, Matt Priest? Doyle?They ride park and enter park contests? Please do not comment again if you have nothing constructive to say.

First off, congratulations, really exciting story, can i hear it again?!
You think 'commitment' means building trails? Pull your fucking head out of your arse for a minute and think about it, maybe all you were left with after everyone at Corby skatepark gave you grief for being such a narrow minded prick, was trails, good to see you included all of your friends in your videos too.. All three of them. You're clearly jealous you don't get any support for your riding. My favourite part of your comment however, would have to be 'train to be the best and to get sponsored', that's ironic, did you just build trails because you were sick of taking turns and trying to get a run in at your local skatepark, socialise with other people etc. so you decided to go off and build your OWN jumps where no one would bother you and you could train all you wanted without anyone interfering? I don't think Ed rides to get sponsored, you clearly don't know the guy so you don't have a leg to stand on in that sense. People that think like you will literally get nowhere in life, seriously, both your comments fully reflect your personality. Please feel free to drop me an email in 10 years time so I can see just how great your life is, and whether you still feel the need to force such an opinion on everyone different to you.

Nothing probbaly. i guess i was just in a bad mood when i wrote that comment, although i dont really like park riders to be honest

Jamie - People are free to ride whatever they wish to and / or feel comfortable with... The place of riding is down to the individual.

You may feel you prefer trails whereas I personally prefer a part indoors or outdoors.

Just because you have a dislike for Park Riding doesn't mean you should dislike the individual. Everybody is different and I for one know Ed is a sound guy as well as all of the other lads I ride with.
