les Balivernes - Atelier 2009

The end result of the one-week, 2009 Animation International Workshop between the Ecole Européene Supérieure de l'Image (EESI, Poitiers, France) and the University of the Arts (UArts, Philadelphia, PA, USA), held in Poitiers during the first week of June.

Working from the idea of literal translation of French, idiomatic expressions into English, we visualized the resulting animated absurdity.
