Here's a videos of my psychedelic mirror installation at Baconwood 2009. I'm using a webcam on the infra red spectrum, an infra red spotlite and a computer running an application I coded using processing.org

There's basically 5 or six different patterns and a keyboard controller to trigger different effects and pattern changes.

The first part of the video is shot inside, in the somewhat small area where I setup my installation, the second half is shot from outside: the projection was on a sheet in front of a window.
