This short film is about popular kosher chef Levana Kirschenbaum's preparations of a wonderful Seder Feast.
Filmed in her class on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, you'll see a range of cooking techniques and hear Levana's bounty of suggestions and opinions for what to do - and what not to do - in any kitchen.
The menu includes: Lamb Shanks with Dry Fruit Sauce, Tricolor Salmon Terrine with Green Goddess Sauce, Artichoke Roasted Garlic Soup, and Bok Choy Salad with Cranberries and almonds. Save room for dessert: Chocolate Pecan Cake with Coconut Meringues.
