Hanna Korel and Caroline Little on how companies implement innovation centers.
Scott Mioduszewski talks about the urban wood project.

Followed by a screening of "What People are Really Doing", a 20 minute documentary, created by IIT Institute of Design students Nai-Hwa Chiang and Naveen Ravikumar as their final demonstration project, introduces some key concepts and approaches for effective user observation.
