Unreal. The moon shadow is awesome, it's like out of a blockbuster Sci-Fi movie.

brian, i think the interval was 5 seconds. f/5, ISO 400, 30-sec, RAW.

    think it doesn't
    anyone know?
I think you just shoot for a whole tape then speed it up in post
  • Philip Bloom plus 2 years ago
it doesn't, you need tapeless for that and slow shutter to get the detail you need at night without gain

i don't think the HV20 can shoot timelapse. i used an HV20 for my lake powell "boatlapse" video, but it's just regular footage sped up to 1000% speed.

Added 1080p direct link. Are you guys able to download the 720p directly here from vimeo's link?

With other people's videos, sometimes the MOV download links work for me, sometimes not.

I just used adobe photoshop to batch process the RAW shots (CC'd and resized/cropped to 1080), then Premiere Pro CS3 to edit the piece.

    Beautiful!

I only realized that that bright spot was the moon when someone at the forums said it.

    Pretty trippy.
