A short college project to create a dining piece to be replicated 6 times

I worked with Bill O'Cleirigh from DIT Culinary Entrepreneurship. He was a huge help to the project.

The dish created was chips and oyster mayonnaise to accompany Dublin's sunny streets. We created a comfort food that could be enjoyed in the open. It encompasses the atmosphere of those enjoying the sun outside.

The names origin comes Lock C7. It comes from the idea of people enjoying Dublin's Royal canal when the sunshines on its waters.
