Consumers looking at diamonds in common viewing environments often misconstrue different optical aspects of the diamonds appearance for that of color traits when in fact it has nothing to do with it. Part 2 in this series will focus on exactly what diamond color is and how it is inspected for the determination of value and how a consumer can see it best when making a purchasing decision.
