High expectations greeted the 2007-2008 Colonials as they started the season ranked #14. The team didn't disappoint, finishing 27-7, defeating Auburn (twice), Cal, Texas A&M, Virginia, Xavier and others on their way to a second consecutive Sweet 16 appearance.

Led by Kimberly Beck (A10 Player of the Year), Jessica Adair (A10 First Team), Sarah-Jo Lawrence (A10 Third Team), Whitney Allen (A10 All Defensive Team), and newcomer Antelia Parrish (11ppg), the Colonials rank among the top teams of Coach Joe McKeown's illustrious 500+ win career.
