On April 5th 2014, a masked manic art-flasher performed as a “human portrait” on the gallery hopping streets near downtown Columbus Ohio. Grandly standing in place for over two hours straight, the foreboding motionless figure hid inside a black magic caper-ride in eerie order to shroud his decorated soldered body so he could black out everything but the shiny whites of his conniving eyes. When sonic ques like shotgun blasts and USA chanting ballooned from the BOOM CUBE duct-taped to his DKNY belt, the puzzling riddler would open his vulturous cloak thus revealing a low-dead living picture for a brief fleeting window bleeding with timeless dipshit-wizardry. When passersby curiously commented or genuinely inquired about the torrid aural spectacle, they were met with this high pitched reply: “I WANT MY MOMMY!”

The accompanying cubic sounds contained illuminating excerpts from Alice in Wonderland mixed between America’s Funniest Video blips, the trick rhetoric of the Steve Miller Band, and a befitting incendiary fit of unnecessarily denigrated nationalism exhibited at a Camarillo High School basketball game, in a pube-spewing effort to sonically set the unsettling scene for the crimson clear message portrayed by the concave man-made painting: AMERICA IS STILL YOUNG AND HAS A LITTLE GROWING UP TO DO.
