"Luskville Falls flows over the Eardley Escarpment, a unique natural habitat. The lower part of the falls is almost vertical and, below that, a stream winds its way from the base of the falls. Spring is the best time to visit the area, when Luskville Falls becomes a rushing torrent, with water from the melting snow." - ncc-ccn.gc.ca/sites/default/files/pubs/gp_trailfactsheet_e2_luskvillefalls.pdf
Beautiful spring weather on a long weekend meant a trip up to Gatineau Park in Quebec to check out Luskville Falls. It was a perfect day for hiking, and even with losing my tripod quick release plate in the rapids, it was worth it! A really cool place to check out if you're around Canada's National Capital Region.
