Thomas Freundlich and Valtteri Raekallio discuss the making of their dance film North Horizon, which was shot on location in Spitsbergen. Filming contemporary dance in the wilderness of the high Arctic is not without some unique challenges, from near-freezing temperatures to potential encounters with polar bears.
