LUCENT L'AMOUR THE MOVIE is a hybrid documentary/narrative/musical/comedy, inspired by "wild style" and "lighting over water" as the well as the films of john cassavettes and the contemporary DIY film/video movement. it will be shot with multiple cameras over multiple formats. the story is told through interviews, archival footage, improvised scenes, actual events and the meta-data (the behind the scenes of the shooting of the film). the final product is a feature film experience unlike any other.

for 13 days (feb 3rd-15th) we will shoot everyday. depending on who is available, the cast and crew will constantly be changing. every day, after shooting is wrapped, we will go home and edit the footage and then have something posted online before bed. all leading up to the grand celebration of lucent l'amour.
