As of February 7, a new log-in system has been installed in Flashlight Online 2.0 (along with some other upgrades to the system). Users will need to reset their passwords, by creating a new log-in account (it's not a new survey account - you'll still have access to your surveys and data, just a new log-in account; we're no longer using the Washington State University Friend ID system: FID).
