FIAF's 2010 Wine Tour de France: Burgundy

FIAF's 2010 "Wine Tour de France" got under way on February 1 with an evening devoted to the region of Burgundy. Michael Madrigale, head sommelier at Bar Boulud, led a sold-out crowd through six of the region's wines, pairing them with food, and discussing the characteristics and qualities that make Burgundy unique.
