The following is a 7 to 10 minute routine to warm-up your body to prepare you for the ensuing workout of the day. This particular warm-up is great for parks, large outdoor spaces, parking lots, etc. Purpose of the dynamic warm-up is to increase your core temperature, elevate your heart rate and get a little sweat on as we load the muscle and joints through a variety of ranges of motions.
