Scripture Reading Psalm 23 (Inclusive Bible)

Oh God, you my shepherd, I shall not lack. You make me lie down in green pastures. You lead me beside still waters; You restore my soul, and lead me in right paths for your name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff— they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of God my whole life long.

Do you want to improve the world?
I don't think it can be done.
The world is sacred.
It can't be improved.
If you tamper with it, you'll ruin it.
If you treat it like an object, you'll lose it.
There is a time for being ahead,
a time for being behind;
a time for being in motion,
a time for being at rest;
a time for being vigorous,
a time for being exhausted;
a time for being safe,
a time for being in danger.
The Wise see things as they are,
without trying to control them.
They let them go their own way,
and resides at the center of the circle
