Hebridean Storyteller by John Thomson, Product Design student at DJCAD, University of Dundee.

The Hebridean Storyteller is designed to celebrate the rich culture of the Western Isles of Scotland. It's form takes inspiration from the distinct character of the island itself, while the use of materials such as Harris Tweed pays tribute to the people of the island and their unique way of life.
As an island on the edge, its voice can often go unheard. The Hebridean Storyteller aims to bring real stories to life by creating a multi sensory experience of touch, vision and sound, giving the user an intriguing insight into life in the Outer Hebrides.
