Dive boats go out in Kona Hawaii to dive with manta rays on a regular basis. It can be an incredible experience.
I took this video with my Canon G9 point and shoot camera while we were running a charter (I own a dive company called Wanna Dive), not bad considering the low lighting and it not being a dedicated video camera.
