Fernando describes an experience from his youth in Mexico that motivates him to work as a promotora, advocating tobacco cessation and training other community members to promote healthy living.

Created in the digital storytelling workshop in Denver in June 2009 as part of the research project, "Tobacco Control and Digital Storytelling: Collaborative Videography with Latino Adults to Promote Health Equity in Colorado" (09-0099).
