This routine is the result of using Bob Sheets' One Minute Routine as a drill to acquire the necessary skill set. After mastering Bob's routine, I lengthened it by adding 2 more phases. The entire process to acquire the skill set and add the additional phases took only 16 days. Thanks Bob!
