XH-A1 with a Brevis? And if so, how did you work out the balance on the steadicam, which steadicam did ya use?

Thanks for the comments guys, this definitely was a ton of fun to shoot.

Most used cam was the A1 with a brevis. One had an EOS mount, the other had an FD mount. The steadicam cam had no adapter.

Nostalgia. Brought me back to the 8th grade when I used to freak out whenever that video came on MTV.

i'm still freaking out on that video! spike jonze is awesome. he is btw the dude in the back of the car speeding through the alley in the beastie boys vid. The third beastie boy wasn't allowed because of insurance issues.

this video is awesome too, the opel tracksuit is a nice touch haha.

Thanks for all the support. I wasn't sure how this one would go over as it was quite different for us.

The steadicam was the Flyer- not the LE but the model previous. No HVXs were used for this project (can't say I'm a fan of the cam). Canon A1s had Brevis' on them and we shot a lot with the 50 f1.4 and 135 f2.

Thanks for the awesome comment Sonia. Jessica and Ryan's wedding was amazing to be a part of. Even better than the videos we put together for their introductions was how the guys came into the hall in costume and really got the crowd going. We'll have that one on the blog shortly- it surely was something else.
