The single "Hey, Hollywood" is just one of the 14 beautiful songs by renowned Canadian songwriter and author Paul Quarrington on his new solo CD" Paul Quarrington: The Songs" released by Cordova Bay Records (June 8, 2010).

Upon learning he had lung cancer in May 2009, Paul set about living life to the fullest and channeling his creative energy into the completion of many artistic endeavours. This included a third album with the band Porkbelly Futures, his memoir Cigar Box Banjo: Notes on Music and Life for Greystone Books, the documentary film inspired by the book Paul Quarrington: Life in Music (BookShorts / CTV Bravo) and this album that has become his only solo release.

The music video was directed by Bert Kish for BookShorts Inc., produced by Judith Keenan; Music Producer David Gray and features Paul's lifelong friend and musical collaborator Martin Worthy (Porkbelly Futures).
