A one-minute video trailer for my book Lifeliner: The Judy Taylor Story, a biography on the first person in the world to live on total parenteral nutrition, a method of artificial feeding, without ever eating again.
A Scarborough mother and wife, Judy suddenly became ill and had emergency surgery. Ten months later, the doctors had saved her life and given her a new way to eat: intravenously. She left Toronto General Hospital for her new home in Bobcaygeon, where she became an active member of her church and her community while being an inspiration to fellow patients down at the hospital.
