Visited London for the weekend to see some friends. Went to Bushey Park on a grey Saturday afternoon. Was amazed at how the deer took food from Tania's hand.

Shot on HV30 in cine mode. No post effects. Rended in Vegas down to 1280 x 720 using Main Concept AVC codec.

Perhaps this would benefit with some post effects to brighten it and give it more vivid colours. Still learning here hehe.

I think if you didn't use cine mode you would get better colors.

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed, though it was overcast. I think also that I'm losing some in the compression as the raw m2t files look a lot better, and through hdmi out from the camera onto my big hd tv its a lot better.

I did read on the hv20forum site about cine mode giving better source for improving in vegas and perhaps thats the next part of vegas I need to figure out hehe.
