Island is the single channel version of an installation piece made in de Fall of 2007 for Intermodem, Debrecen, Hungary. For the festival participants were asked to work around the theme ' borders' and they were to daily upload a video for the duration. During the festival I was staying at an artist residency Gibraltar Point Art Centre on Toronto Island, a small Island, located a 10 minute ferry ride from downtown Toronto.
