Crow activity outside of the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. Apparently, as spring approaches, crows will gather for a 'cocktail party' of sorts as they start pairing off with mates. Their numbers will rise into the hundreds as they flock East.
I've seen them do this every evening at sundown.
