10. Anansi's Web

J-Lab: the Institute for Interactive Journalism awarded the Central District Organization the funds to launch Anansi's Web. The project, located in Gary, Ind., is working to build a news and information hotline for the community. Here, New Voices 2007 grantee Lori Peterson talks about what parts of the project make her proud as well as what surprised her. This interview took place on April 5, 2008, at the New Voices 2007 Grantee Meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn in Washington, D.C.
