A very easy Cajun recipe taught to me by my good friend Jeff out of Baton Rouge, La... I just took plain ole catfish fillets and cut them up and rubbed them with "slap your mama" cajun seasoning. Then got a cast iron griddle as hot as I could get it and toasted the fillets on there and dripped melted butter & lime juice on the until they were blackend and cooked all the way through... Killer easy recipe yall.. Enjoy the video...!!!
