And how are we 10000% sure this is no post production effects? I challenge these guy to do a LIVE webcam hookup, where they can prove they are live, answer live questions by me, and do what they are doing. I question holograms like that in an open environment.

You could ask them to do the performance with a camera that isn't static. That way, they'll either have to politely decline or use 3D software (read: time and effort) which will just make the next video more awesome.
